Shipping

This Shipping & Returns Policy is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service (available here).

All purchases for the U.S. are shipped via UPS or other delivery service. We are currently only able to ship to one address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses that are not available through UPS. Delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. For orders over 150 pieces, please contact Client Services at Lou Hansell (see Contact Us below).

US Shipping: We can ship to most locations using the US Postal Service or UPS.

International Shipping: For orders being shipping internationally, please contact Client Services at Lou Hansell (see Contact Us below). Shipping cost to all non-US locations is based on the actual weight or dimensional weight of the package, whichever is applicable. International customers must pay any customs charges, VAT, taxes and other costs in addition to the shipping charge upon receipt of the shipment.

Delivery timeframes are based on when the package leaves our facility. Areas requiring customs paperwork may experience a delay for processing. We do not guarantee shipping delivery dates.

Please make sure that the address you use for shipping is correct (especially if it is not the same as your billing address). We will not be responsible for items sent to an incorrect address. Lou Hansell is not responsible for unanticipated delays. Inspect your garment hangers as soon as the arrive. In the event you have a problem with your order, it’s our objective to make sure you are satisfied. If you have any issues with your order, please contact our Client Services team (see Contact Us below). When you call, we will need your customer and invoice numbers (located on your invoice), the name and address the order was placed under, the item and date ordered, and the date received.

 

Returns

We are honored to be part of your hidden luxury and share your appreciation for the beauty that is found in our hand-polished metals and natural Italian leathers. Our unrivaled blend of luxurious materials, craftsmanship and stunning attention to detail is part of our DNA. In the event that you need to return or exchange one of our luxury garment hangers, please note the following conditions apply:

Return and exchange requests must be received by us within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • All items must be in original condition (undamaged and unaltered) and have all of the original protective shipping materials in place. 

  • All returns accepted will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from any refund or credit.

  • All items sent back for return are subject to inspection upon delivery. Lou Hansell reserves the right to decline a return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.

  • Items purchased from our distributors or business partners are returnable or exchangeable only according to their terms.

  • No refund will be given for products not returned within 30 days of purchase or for altered or damaged products, regardless of the cause of such alternation or damage.

  • Refunds will be made to the credit card used for the purchase and should appear within 30 days of our issuing the refund. Please check your credit card statement (the credit will have “LOU HANSELL LUXURY” in the description).

If a returned item is a gift, a refund will be issued to the purchaser of the gift, unless the gift purchaser requests that a credit for use toward future purchase of our products be issued to the gift recipient in lieu of a refund to the gift purchaser.

If the package you receive is damaged in shipping, do not refuse delivery. Accept the order and be sure to keep all packaging. Contact us and we will make the necessary arrangements to replace your order.

To return an item, please fully complete the return form included in your package along with the item(s) you are returning.

Refunds for returned products that are not defective will not include shipping costs associated with the original order or any costs or fees, related to shipping or otherwise, which you may have incurred in making the return.

Custom Collections

Custom Collection luxury garment hangers are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If you wish to cancel a Custom Collection order, cancellation must be made before production of your hangers is initiated.
